An ICT Performance Evaluation Model based on Meta-Synthesis Approach

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) is one of the key determinants for today’s organizational success. Therefore, companies spend a significant amount money each year on ICT, while not being sure that they will get good result. The purpose this study to identify dimensions indicators ICT performance evaluation suggesting model assessing it in organizations. This research mainly qualitative with meta-synthesis approach which uses seven-stage method Sandelowski Barroso systematically review literature find sub-indices (codes), indices (themes) (categories) evaluation. search scientific databases appropriate keywords found 516 articles, among them, 89 articles were chosen finally used analysis. Moreover, questionnaire has been designed answered by experts managers determine importance model. Based data analysis, proposed three dimensions: strategic, quality, sustainability. strategic dimension includes organization strategy, IT alignment. quality maturity, indicators; finally, sustainability environmental, economic, social indicators. For these detailed list (104), are substantial organizations, identified explained.
